Please use this form to register your team for the 2025/26 Winter Season with the CCSL. All returning teams invited to participate for the season will have their spot held until August 1st at which time registration will be open to the public and spots become first come, first serve.

When registering, please select the division you believe your team best fits in. We reserve the right to place teams in alternate divisions based on overall skill and parity needs.

Season Details

• Season Starts September 2nd and ends by April 1st (playoffs in April)
• Games scheduled 7 days a week
• Arenas located from central locations (Max Bell, Henry Viney, Village Square, ECTAS) to north locations (Vivo, NESS, Crowchild, Rocky Ridge, Thorncliffe,  Crowfoot)
• 30 Game Regular Season + 1 Guaranteed Playoff Game (single elimination and best of three finals)
  

Fees
Total Team fees for the season are $11999 (GST Included)
Early bird discount of $500 applied after registration for all returning teams who have registered by August 1st.
